I have take a Myanmar maid with others agency and my maid work for 6 months and feel home sick. Happen that i pass by Asset Agency and make an inquires , feel that the staff are very polite and helpful even the maid not from them . They give me many latest MOM information and solution , final after discuss with my husband we take a new Indonesia maid from Asset Agency . They make us feel comfort during the processing and my new maid already start work with me . So far no problem during the employment . Me and my family feel happy with they service .

Very bad service, lousy maids, huge fees and huge commission at Asset Agency
We were looking for the second helper that would be able to speak Chinese.Asset agency offer me transfer maid. It turned out later that she was unable to do simple house work. She did not stay with us even a month and one day run away.Agency charged huge commission $1888. Never offered proper replacement.When i call them and ask to return deposit, they was unable to post the cheque and ask to go Hougang to sign settlement agreement, that i am not going to sue them.I don't want to sign anything but go to Small Court.

Beware of Asset Agency at Hougang Green
Beware of this maid's agency contract as it's totally to their advantage no matter how bad their services are n how poor quality the maids they provide u bcos once u signed their contract it's like stepping into quicksand so I strongly advise all to avoid this agency.They have a branch office located in the first floor n had accumulated the maximum penalty points with MOM now they set up another agency just to avoid being strike off. So u can judge for yourself what kind of agency it is.Anyone who had experienced with this agency pls share your valuable views here.
